It's hollow, large-ish diameter stainless steel, and weighs almost nothing. Maybe 2 ounces. It grips the bottle well and looks good doing it, and short of the industrial jewelry Nitto is making in the world of water bottle cages, this one is the way to go. It has a conventional design, nothing new, and it works great.
