Speedier Lever - crank brothers

Our favorite tire lever, period.  It's not small so if space is a concern get the Schwalbe tire levers.  But the length of the Speedier lever makes even the tightest of tire beads easy to go on and off.  It wraps around your fingers which both prevents the plastic from flexing and protects your knuckles from getting skinned by the wheel spokes.
